Business Development Manager
We're looking to hire a sales reps with at least 5+ years of previous sales experience, as well as senior sales reps looking for significant leadership opportunities. Candidate will represent Adlift SEO by establishing relationships with mid-market companies and converting these businesses into clients. He/She will work with little or no supervision and must be extremely organized, flexible, dependable and successfully able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
- Drive entire sales cycle from securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, needs analysis, program and presentation development, sale and renewal, with both established and prospective accounts.
- Informing clients about our services based on proven results, case studies and white papers
- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls and emails to potential prospects
- Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Manage and upsell your clients over time
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years successful online sales experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to operate under pressure
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high energy sales culture
- Effective time management and proficient problem solving skills
- Fluency with E-Commerce / Online Retail business models
- Detail oriented and results driven by self-motivation
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to brands and e-commerce companies
- Existing relationships with advertising/e-commerce decision makers
- Experience in SEO/SEM Marketing

Account Manager
Location: Palo Alto, CA
AdLift is looking for an Account Manager with 2+ years of industry experience within SEO and paid search. This person will be responsible for the entire post-sale experience of their assigned customers, reporting directly to the Director of Accounts.
Must have recent & deep web-centric industry experience, strong knowledge of SEM/SEO, and have proven track record of successful client management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Work with a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class post-sale experience.
- As an industry expert you will be the primary point of contact for the customer and manage the day-to-day customer relationship.
- Organize and conduct on-boarding calls with customers in order to understand their online goals and define success metrics.
- Deliver monthly reporting, informing customer of successes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and grow a book of business of at least 25-30 direct customers by helping client identifying opportunity for expansion.
- Present results and strategies via Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
Required Experience
- At least 2-3 years experience in a client services or sales role, preferably in an online advertising firm, agency or digital space
- At least 2-3 years SEO experience
- Experience with developing niche SEO solutions for clients both on-page and off-page
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- A strong ability to perform independently while working in a multi-tasked, fast-paced team oriented environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Experience using website analytics software (Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, etc) a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- BA/BS degree at minimum.
Director, Strategic Accounts
AdLift is looking for an Account Director role with 4+ years of industry experience within SEO and paid search. This is a senior management position - responsible for developing, launching, optimizing and analyzing large scale campaigns to help AdLift's F500 clients achieve online marketing goal and growing the account management team. This role will report to the CEO.
Must have recent & deep web-centric industry experience, strong knowledge of SEM/SEO, and have proven track record of successful client management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will own client SEO/SEM strategy, plan and metrics for all clients.
- Manage and grow a successful account management team.
- Work directly with top tier clients in the insurance, mobile and education vertical as well as work effectively with internal business development and creative teams.
- Directly manage and be an amazing mentor to search marketing managers and recruit and hire as the practice grows.
- Provide careful oversight of search marketing campaign performance and identify areas of growth and improvement. Report to clients and internal team members on account performance at all levels.
- Work with agency leadership to qualify, pitch and win new business.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill.
- 4+ years in marketing
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM channels.
- In-dept knowledge of how search engines work, ranking factors and KPIs.
- Social media marketing knowledge is a plus.
