We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Internet Marketing Sales Manager in our Palo Alto, CA office.

The Internet Marketing Sales Manager role is responsible for driving new revenue as well upsell revenue. This person will need to identify new opportunities expand overall customer revenue within assigned territory.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Meet or exceed full year revenue goals.
  • Successfully complete all facets of initial training to include sales methodology, Value Proposition, contracts and pricing, prospecting, pre-call planning & product knowledge.
  • Actively participate in on-going product training for all solution lines.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and grow business.
  • Comply with LNG sales policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. 5+ years successful outside business-to-business sales experience
  2. Experience selling internet advertising solutions (web banner advertising, online directory services, pay-per-click, SEO, SEM, website services)
  3. Strong hunting and closing skills
  4. Experience selling in a high pressure, fast-paced sales environment
  5. Financial acumen - ability to understand client's P&L.
  6. Must have good comprehensive experience in the use of  Microsoft Office suite of products
  7. Experience with Siebel CRM systems would be a plus.

Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sr. Director Business Development & National Sales in our Palo Alto, CA office.

The National Sales Director will provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make a high volume of sales calls to a variety of national businesses.
  • Manage your account list, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting opportunities to closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Educate and motivate your clients on the power of online marketing
  • Ability to negotiate sophisticated and complex deal structures.
  • Willingness to travel for weekly client meetings.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of experience in outside sales in online media, working with national accounts.
  • Has established senior-level client relationships at Fortune 500 companies and agencies.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong, existing, client relationships with c-suite. Client direct and Agency.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations.
  • Possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
  • Strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker who understands online marketing target audience and can make decisions on what businesses would run successfully.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to sell at C-Suite levels.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality deals within tight timeframes.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, with a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
