Gaadi.com is India’s No. 2 Auto Portal – AdLift has done the website development, and manages the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (PPC) work for Gaadi.com – Gaadi.com is a site where people can research on new cars, buy and sell used cars, read and write reviews, and engage in a community of car lovers. There is a lot of user generated content on the site, which is both an opportunity and challenge for SEO.

Gaadi.com SEO – It has been optimized on several high traffic keywords – We started with On-Page optimization, doing URL Re-writing for all the pages, and optimizing the internal linking structure – More important pages were linked from the home page and some of the key pages were linked from the footer. Titles and Meta Tags were updated to reflect the content etc. The blog section was moved to a separate sub-domain (blog.gaadi.com). After the on-page was complete, we started the off-page – Link building and directory / article submission – Over a hundred articles were written and submitted to article sites, links were exchanged in 2-way and 3-way forms with hundreds of related sites. Press Releases were written to attract more links. SEO efforts started paying off, and organic traffic has increased 4x in a short period of 6 months.

Gaadi.com PPC – Gaadi.com generates leads of new and used car buyers – We have done extensive optimization of which keywords to bid on, which keywords actually generate leads, and which do not – Looking at the conversion data. Multiple Ad Copies have been used to rest the response on Click Through Rate and Quality Score of the Ads. The result is a highly optimized campaign which has been segregated by make and model to control the lead generation to the minutest level, and an overall optimized lead generation cost.
